Shipping Information

Important information regarding collection or delivery of our product range. If an item is in stock, we aim to have it ready for collection or dispatched on that same day. All our shipments are couriered using USPS or FedEx and UPS. High volumes of orders may impact the dispatch time.

There are three shipping options in our cart:

Free Shipping with Insurance $0.00 (Estimated Shipping time 3-7 days if the item is available for immediate dispatch)

Express Shipping with Insurance $15.95 (Estimated Shipping time 1-4 days if the item is available for immediate dispatch)

Same Day- Order must be placed before 12PM Eastern Standard Time $59.95

Some items may be temporarily out of stock and can take longer to deliver. These items will be marked as a "Awaiting Stock" item.

If your order is urgent please contact our team on our live chat, call us on (970)-955-0008 or email us at info@camcorproducts.org to confirm when the "Awaiting Stock" items you are ordering will be available.

We aim to hold stock of most items in our shopfront, in our warehouse or have quick access to these items through to our suppliers’ warehouse. In stock items in our shopfront or warehouse will be marked "In Stock"

If there are any extended delays, we will be in contact to provide the estimated time of delivery. Any orders yet to be invoiced that can't be provided in a reasonable time frame can be refunded in full. We happily exchange after this time.

Camcor Products offers a free return shipping and exchange service if the product is not what you are after within a 30 day period. Please ensure the product and all packaging is as new.
Same Day Delivery

Avoid the traffic, parking fees and have the product with you today.

Same Day delivery orders need to be placed online by midday AEST, and will be delivered that day within a 60km Miami Florida. All Same Day deliveries require a person available to accept the delivery when the courier arrives.

Surcharges may apply for Same Day Delivery based on distance and weight.
Signature on Delivery

All Camcor Products parcels require a signature on delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery the driver will leave an "Attempted Delivery" card and your parcel will be delivered to your local post office. You will need to provide Photo I.D displaying your address along with the "Attempted Delivery" card when collecting.
